How to delete it

Sign in, in the app or on this website.
Open Account and go to Delete account.
Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

If you cannot sign in, contact us through the address on this site with your username, and we will delete the account for you.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted straight away: your username, password, name, exam and exam date, study history (practice sets, mocks, answers and reports), devices and sign-ins, and any full access left.
Kept: records of past payments (plan, amount, date and the payment reference), for our accounts. They are no longer linked to your username or any other detail that identifies you.
