What Pasado stores about you, and why.

What we store

• Your username, and your password in scrambled (hashed) form only. Nobody at Pasado can read your password.
• Optional profile details you enter: a display name, your target exam, exam date and time zone.
• Your answers: which question, the choice you made, whether it was right, and how long you took. These power your progress, readiness estimate and question selection.
• Reports you send about questions, including any note you write.
• Sign-in records: a hashed session token and the time it expires. Your network address is used to slow down password guessing, and is kept with the 15-minute step for choosing which device to sign out.
• Your devices: a hashed device identifier, a label such as "Chrome on Android" and when it last signed in, so an account can be used on at most two devices.
• Purchases: the plan, amount, date and PayMongo's reference for the payment. Card and wallet details go to PayMongo only; we never see or store them. If you pay by QR transfer, we keep the reference number you send us and which QR code you paid, so we can match it to the transfer we received.

What we do not do

• We do not ask for your email address or phone number to create an account.
• We do not sell your data or show third-party advertising.
• We do not send your answers or personal details to AI providers. AI models are used only offline, on question drafts, before any student sees them.

Your choices

You can change your profile details at any time from your account page, and delete your account there too (Account, Delete account); see Delete your account for what is deleted and what is kept. Requests about your data can be made through the contact address listed on this site.
